Marcel Mauss
The person i admire is Marcel Mauss, he was born on May 10th in 1872 in Epinal and he died on February 10th, in 1950 in Paris, he studied philosophy in University of burdeos and in la École Pratique de Hautes Études of Paris, and he was a good sociology, antropologist and philosopher.
Marcel Mauss job with durkheim and other´s socology in the past and with they he was publish some text, for example Essai sur la nature et la fonction du sacrifice 1898 (with Henri Hubert), La sociologie: objet et méthode, 1901 (with Paul Fauconnet), De quelques formes primitives de classification, 1902 (with Durkheim), Esquisse d'une théorie générale de la magie, 1902 (with Henri Hubert), Essai sur le don , etc.
I like Marcel Mauss because he published essair sur le don and this essay was the first essay i listen in the university and i like , i think this is very awesome and for this reasson i choose Marcel Mauss how person i admire.
